Iran’s northern green nature Detailed Itinerary

Day 1       Tehran / Savadkooh Village / Azar-rood River

After having breakfast at the hotel, at 9:00 we will drive to “Savadkooh” Village via Firoozkooh Rd. for about 3 hours, have lunch at a local restaurant, then we will head for “Lafoor” region via Ghajarian Rd. by 4WD vehicles, then we camp, have a short trek alongside the Azar-rood River, have dinner in the camp, overnight the camp in tents.

Day 2       Gazu Waterfall / Lafoor Lake

After having breakfast in a lovely morning of jungle, at 9:00 we will trek to the “Gazu” Waterfall (approx. 3 hours), visit the beautiful waterfall and take some shots, trek to the local cars of the region (approx. 1 hour), head for the “Lafoor” lake (the biggest natural Dam in The Middle East), have lunch alongside the nice lake, camp in the nice village next to the lake, have some water recreation such as boating and etc, trek around the lake, have dinner, overnight the camp in tents.

Day 3       Kalikola Village & Jungles

After having breakfast at the camp, at 8:00 we will trek to “Kalikola” Village (approx. 3 hours), visit “Anjelica” Waterfall (the highest waterfall in The Middle East), return to the village and have a home-made meal as for the lunch at a local guest house of the village, have some rest in the guest house, trek to the jungles and villages nearby, have the dinner at the guest house, overnight Kalilola in the guest house.

• Meals included: Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner

Day 4       Shakola Village & Jungles

After having breakfast in the guest house, at 9:00 we will trek to the “Shakola” Village (approx. 3 hours), visit 7 waterfalls, have lunch at noon and head for the main road to the cars, drive to Tehran (approx. 4 hours), finally we say goodbye at Alibabatrek’s Office at Tehran.
